Rules of the Realm

The covenant

Eight promises. They don't change when they become inconvenient โ€” that's the entire point of writing them down in public.

I
Every vote counts the same
Rank never buys a bigger vote. An Elder of the Council and someone voting for the first time move the bar by exactly the same amount, forever.
II
Only verifiable actions earn XP
Never for likes, subscriptions or watch time. If I can't check it per person, it doesn't score. A ledger that guesses is not a ledger.
III
Whatever wins gets built
Not "considered." Built, on camera, from the first post to the last screw โ€” including the parts where it goes wrong.
IV
Losing options aren't lost
The two builds that don't win go back on the board and can be voted in later. Nothing is lost by losing.
V
The treasury never goes negative
If the realm can't afford something, it can't afford it. A shortfall is a story beat, not a minus sign.
VI
Losses go on the record
Predators, failed builds, wasted money, wrong calls โ€” recorded as anti-achievements, in the same Chronicle as the wins.
VII
The household is never named
The family works on camera and is never identified. Public handles only, and only ever your own โ€” never a family member's name.
VIII
Your points are yours
Council XP never resets, never expires and is never taken away. Miss six months and it's exactly where you left it.
