Nothing happens to your points or your rank. You only lose the voting streak bonus (+5 per consecutive episode), which restarts the next time you vote. Everything else waits for you.

One vote per person per episode, counted by handle โ€” duplicate comments from the same account are collapsed to one. Because rank gives no vote weight, there's also nothing to farm: grinding XP for years buys you a title and a place in the record, not a louder voice.
